Queldrex LLC is a SaaS company in Castle Rock, Colorado. We build and sell 54 tools that small companies reach for every week, we build custom software when you need something that does not exist yet, and we answer our email fast when you have a question. Everything is real. No fake demos, no simulated output.
Our flagship is the Queldrex Trust Layer: the neutral trust layer for AI agents. It reads the tools your AI is about to trust, stops the dangerous ones before they run, and hands you a signed receipt that proves what happened.
Why we built this
Every serious AI security company got bought. Lakera went to Check Point. Prompt Security went to SentinelOne. Invariant went to Snyk. Robust Intelligence went to Cisco. Protect AI went to Palo Alto. Good products, good engineers, and now all of them belong to a platform.
Here is the problem with that. Once a platform owns you, you cannot be the referee. You cannot neutrally grade the AI tools your parent company also sells you. So the referee job is sitting open, and the people who most need one, small teams shipping AI without a security department, are the ones nobody is serving.
That is the job we took. Look at any AI tool from any vendor, say plainly whether it is safe, show the reasons, and sign the answer so you can check it yourself without trusting us. Our independence is not a footnote. It is the product.
And while we were building, we added everything else a developer or small business owner reaches for on a Tuesday: CVE scanners, NDA generators, cash flow forecasters, invoice fraud detectors. 54 tools, all live, all producing real output.
Who runs Queldrex
Queldrex is run by Sean Holm, an IT engineer in Castle Rock, Colorado. Sean spent years in IT support for a global engineering firm, watching small companies pay enterprise prices for software that solved the wrong problems. In June 2026 he left to build Queldrex.
Today he runs it solo: every tool, every scan, and every support reply is him. That is not a limitation. It is why the products stay honest. When you write to hello@queldrex.com, the person who built the thing answers.
